JB Flinders, PhD, is a Senior Director, Operational Strategy & Planning of CVMER (cardiovascular, metabolic, endocrine and renal) at Fortrea. Dr. Flinders has more than 15 years of academic and clinical research experience and a history of success in designing and implementing operational, feasibility, and analytic strategy across cardiovascular, heart failure (HF), pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH), diabetes, obesity, rare disease and oncology studies. In his work, he incorporates a strategic focus on partnerships, risk mitigation, data intelligence and modeling.
Dr. Flinders earned his PhD in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Utah, an MBA and MPH from San Diego State University and a BS in Psychology and BA in Spanish from the University of Utah.
